The particular shape of this model of pessary is especially indicated in cases of third and fourth-degree uterine prolapse. It also serves as a valid alternative to the cube-shaped pessary, particularly if the patient experiences complications related to the urethra and incontinence. 
 
The device must be prescribed and positioned by a qualified specialised practitioner.
 
This device requires daily removal.
